I recently purchased the Business Plan Pro, however I can not install. It request a confirmation number o rproof of purchase. I tried using wht was included in the emaill, but did not get to install. Do you have any suggestions? I will contact them by phone, but was just checking.
That is very strange. I think your best bet is to contact them by email or phone. If you have a problem reaching them, please let me know and I can use my contacts there to try to help you.
