Do you prefer....

In the past couple of months I have found myself travelling to a potential client's home to have a consultation. This is a new thing to me as I normally have client's come to my place of business in Miami Beach.
Do you prefer the wedding planner come to you? And why?

we offer a shop at home service, we will take the road show to their home if they wish. It can get pricy for us so you need to be a little careful screening before you use the gas

You should be able to charge for your time so they don't use your expertise to "do it themselves" .,

Have them come to you are meet at the wedding location. I hope you are charging them for your time!

I prefer to receive my clients in my office. A lot of stuff to show as video, photos, atc...

I am a wedding photographer in Moorpark, CA and I usually have brides come to my place. That way we have a quiet and focused meeting and it is easier for me to show them work that I've already done. Sometimes meeting at brides' houses can be very distracting for them as there are a lot more things that can take away from their attention.
