For a variety of reasons, I'm interested in using a new format for my weddings; in that I would like to use an outside party to work with my brides to do the quotes & some of the client interface. In speaking with another florist in my city, I understand one other florist here in town does this. I'd love to hear what anyone else with experience has to say about this.
