I was given a hard sell ok so my fault for falling. Then, I got a call yesterday to say my payment failed and I told them I would look into it and get back to them only for me to have been charged today! When I asked for a refund as bank alerted me of a fraud, I was told that I couldn't get a refund till 30 days! The listing is not even live. I've sent an email - no response. I'm simply upset.
