Hurricane Irene Closes Breezes Bahamas All Inclusive Resort

Hurricane Irene has forced the closure of Breezes Bahamas All Inclusive Resort located on Cable Beach, Nassau Bahamas for the next two months.

Breezes Bahamas announced that it’s all inclusive resort will be closed from September 1 – October 30, 2011 to carry out repairs to the resort’s roof that were caused by Hurricane Irene.

According to Breezes the resort had sustained damages to it roof resulting in leakages in public as well as guest rooms, saying “as the damage is primarily roof damage, it will take some time to properly assess and effect necessary repairs."
