Wine themed wedding

I am planning to do a wine theme for my wedding. Plum and light green (the colors of grapes) are my colors. Any suggestions on decorating? I love the idea of using wine glasses and maybe grapes. I'm also having trouble choosing flowers because I don't like roses!

use floating candles in oversized wine glasses for a romantic appearance
grapes wired satin ribbon
wine cork place card
Wine Tasting at the Wedding Reception
chocolate covered grapes
grapes and grapevine garlands
