Tips To Run a Good Facebook Fan Page

In my own quest to have a great Facebook Fan page for Chris Moncus Photography I've been looking for tips, guides, and other help out there. If you guys run into any great tips, please post them here to help us all.

Great tip Tracie! I've been looking for that one for quite sometime! Now I regret using my site name for my friend page, but I will make do.

I'm still trying to tackle the use of my company page. I have emailed facebook countless times that I am in fact the representative for my business, but can't get access to it. I would love to hear ideas about that one.

There is a group called shortstack they have a tool to help I am working on mine right now. Shortstack.com

So since being here, and seeing all of your fabulous pages I noticed some of you have a promo welcome page that pops up on your Facebook page of your business, how do you do that or is that something you purchased?

You can get one for free at www.pagemode.com. If you chose the free version, they will display their logo at the bottom of your welcome page. Hope this helps, that's who I use www.facebook.com/purposefulevents

Does anyone know how to change a Facebook page name at all?

Facebook does not seem to allow you to make changes after you have a certain number of fans..

Would appreciate any guidance on this..
