The brides that have come my way for help to 'top-off' their gowns/ensembles over the past year have represented a full range of tastes/visions in their choices of gowns. This has made my venture more exciting and challenging. I think the choices available should reflect the diversity among us - designers and clients. There will always be trends, but eclectic options allow for individual expression. . . . and it seems our designers are doing an excellent job of providing these varied options. So far, I have not noted regional differences, but I do plan to monitor this objectively when our client base is large enough to provide sufficient data. (The scientist in me has to find expression somewhere in this new creative pursuit!)

According to my experience with the brides, they are looking for the modern chic styles and slimline fashion gowns. They are not so interested in the fullness of the bridal skirt. They are leaning more toward the simple elegant look.
