I am currently starting a contest for couples in and around the Chicago-land area! I am looking for partners who want to participate. Local make up artist, limo services, photographers, ect...

The contest will run till May 1st. The winner will be announced May 15th, 2012.  The couple's wedding date can be on or after 8/1/12 and must be before 8/1/13.  Their wedding must be in or around Chicago, if out of state, couple will be responsible for travel expenses. Please note that you will be required to provide the services you are offering once you go into contract with the couple for the agreed date. This is why you will have ample time to clear up a date that the couple chooses.  They can begin planning the wedding anytime after May 15, 2012. They will not be allowed to require our services prior to August 1, 2012.  I will work with some flexibility with the couple, but by know means will I require the cooperation from any of my vendors who participated in the contest to provide services prior to 8/1/12.  This is a straight forward giveaway, I will include more details on the restrictions and what not, on the contest page.  It looks like other vendors I am looking at are comfortable with $500-$1000.00 in services from their company to join in the contest. Please respond as soon as you can with the following.

1. what package or service you are wanting to offer

2. the value of your package (retail amount)

3. a link to your website to include on Studio Bloomed Contest page, you may also include a logo/or name you would like to be used as a link to your site

4. your location and contact information
