Sweet and Healthy Buffet!

A buffet full of dried fruit is just as sweet and sometimes sweeter than candy! Also, fruit comes in great colors to make your buffet just as tempting as if candy were on it! Just a small sample of some fruits available:
Gogi Berries, Bananas, Pineapple, Apricot, Plums, Dates

Why not include some walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds and pecans? (Be careful of course with peanuts and other allergy inducing foods).

A candy buffet for over 200 people? Some brides still have big weddings with all the trimmings! The Candy Buffet has some suggestions:
For those big events that also include big receptions, we suggest having our candy buffets in two areas of the reception venue. This way everyone gets to select the yummy candy without pushing and shoving and waiting in a long line!
