I am the author of The Daughter-in-Law Rules, a top selling product on Amazon and in all the major bookstores. My vision is to inspire more harmony among mothers and daughters-in-law around by teaching brides the art of making friends with their husband’s mother, and is the missing piece to the wedding puzzle, as it were!

The DIL Rules is important for two reasons; one, it raises money for The National Breast Cancer Foundation, and two, it saves a lot of marriages. I have a few marketing ideas that could be potentially extremely successful, and a couple of my ideas are as follows:

Gift with purchase: when someone buys a specific product, they will get a copy of The DIL Rules as a gift. For example, it is a book that retails for $9.95, and we can supply at 50% off retail. It is an exceptionally low per unit cost and high-perceived value.

Purchase with purchase: the sites could do a self-liquidator. For example, if company purchases a bulk quantity of 10K, per unit cost would be approximately $2.00. The book could be sold for $5—but it will look awesome by making a $9.95 bestseller available for $5.

Direct Sale—Company may distribute and sell the DIL Rules specifically because of such a low per unit cost, and could make quite a nice profit per unit. Company may sell at retail, simply because every bride and wife needs a copy of this book!
