2010 Wedding Trend

Mismatched Bridesmaid Dresses
For several years, brides have been allowing their bridesmaids pick a dress style that suits their body type. Well, the new 2010 wedding trend takes this even further. Some brides are choosing a color and letting their girls choose their own style of dress, or some brides are choosing a length and letting their girls pick style and color. Some brides are even, for example, choosing a knee length black dress and letting their bridesmaids choose each a different color of shoe.

Personally, I think it's great; however, if the dresses were all the same color, but in different styles, it would look so much better. Many manufactueres realize this is now a trend and have been designing "sister" dresses for several seasons so that the fabric and colors match, and there's a style for every body. .
