5 Things every Bride Should Add to her Wedding Day To-Do List

1.  Take time for just the TWO of YOU! Whether you plan a private “first look” before the ceremony or schedule 5 minutes of quiet time after post-ceremony photos you and your new spouse should take some time to just sit with each other and appreciate the moment. Let time stand still for a moment in time!
.
2.  Look at your guests at least once during the ceremony. Because your backs will likely be to the guests during your ceremony, take a moment to turn and look at them. It will be a moment you’ll never forget. It will be imprinted in your mind forever!
.
3.  Get photos of the people who matter to you. Of course, the photographer will have your preferred photo list but make sure you get candid photos too! Your wedding photos are precious keepsakes. Make sure you get photos with everyone who came to celebrate with you. Ask a BFF or niece/nephew to take photos for you as you mingle with your guests.
.
4.  Have a cool functional guest book. Don’t just set out a guest book that will end up in a box in the back of your closet. Have a guest book that that you can turn into décor at your new home. Something you can appreciate throughout your marriage.
.
5.  Make a video re-capping everything after it’s all over. This may sound like a bit of overkill - but you won’t believe how quickly the time flies by! Take a moment to video yourselves after the wedding and recap how the day went. Share your favorite moments and explain how funny or memorable those moments were to you and your spouse. Ask your videographer if can be incorporated into your wedding video or just keep the footage saved to drive that can be placed with your wedding day mementos.
