In the last year, 1st Impressions Invitations has been involved or featured with "Real Brides" in more than 1/2 of the magazines printed. Most recently, the company was part of the dream team for Jessica and Tony, featured in the January/February 2011 issue. "It is an honor and privilege to be a part of these featured weddings," owner Cathy Colbert said, "Each one of these bridal couples had such a sweet story and each vision was a new inspiration and design concept. About 1st Impressions Invitations: Created in the summer of 2007, 1st Impressions Invitations is the brain child of Cathy Colbert, an artist and professionally trained dancer, originally from the mid-west, transplanted into Las Vegas. Cathy saw a need for a custom experience when shopping for her own wedding: "The stationery process can e so completely over-whelming that I saw a need for a personal relationship with the Brides. I so wished that someone had been there to hold my hand and help take my ideas and create a beautiful, unique stationery portfolio for me and I thought, 'Why not help others?"
