Unique Wedding Cake ideas

Lately, I've been researching and envisioning some pretty cool and exciting ideas to modernize Wedding cakes and cupcakes! Now, don't get me wrong, I love cake as much as the next person, but there are many brides these days that are looking for something other than the traditional cake or the over-used cupcakes! Luckily there are tons of options!
Everything from a Croque en bouche and a mini-pie tower to an actual 'cheese' cake!
