Accommodation cards are a great way to let your guests know about optional hotel arrangements you have made available for them. These will be especially appreciated by out-of-town wedding guests.
Typical information printed on accommodation cards includes names and phone numbers of hotels where you have reserved a block of rooms for guest reservations, the deadline for making reservations and under what group name the block is being held.
A simple white accommodation card, as shown here, could be ordered as an extra invitation enclosure.
Some styles of pocket wedding invitations actually have a matching accommodation card available as an optional insert.
