Bridal fascinators can look stunning. A fascinator is a hair accessory, which is typically attached to the head with a comb, headband, pin or clip that is most commonly adorned with feathers. This hairpieces vary widely in size, shape, and style, from modest versions to decadent creations with feathers, silk, ribbons, tulle, straw, beads, pearls and crystals. They can be as small and delicate or as large and over the top as you like! The only limitation is your imagination!. In some cases, a fascinator looks more like a small hat and less like a hairpiece.

Fascinators are very easy and comfortable to wear. They can compliment your wedding outfit, and your hairstyle, and they still allow you to make a statement. The wonderful thing about fascinators is that they provide a fabulous, fashionable and stylish option alternative to the traditional wedding headpieces. Your outfit will still be perfectly finished and you will also feel much more confident.

Bridal fascinators can be worn on their own, or with a birdcage veil for a striking look. Because the wedding fascinator is often such an elaborate and striking hair accessory, it's best to keep the bridal hairstyle simple. Variations on chignons and low buns are classic choices that work well with a feather fascinator, but wearing the hair down can also look elegant with a hair accessory. Brides with shorter hair may also want to try a vintage-inspired hairstyle from the 1920's or 1930's to go with their bridal headpiece.

In order to get the best from your fascinator, secure your updo or hairstyle with regular hair-pins and then have the fascinator added to ensure it will be secure throughout its wearing. Or you can wear your hair down and add the hair pins to be used as an anchor for the hair-comb or crocodile clip to be attached to and if this is done properly, then it will stay throughout a long day or night. Decide where you want to place the fascinator. If it is on a comb or clip, then you can place it wherever you want. It will look best placed to one side of the head or at the back. If you put the fascinator right on top of your head it will look like something sprouting from the top of your head.

Whether it's a true antique or a beautiful reproduction of the look that never seems to go out of style, a fascinator can be the perfect finishing piece to your wedding day ensemble, you will surely look stunning on the most blissful day of your life.
