Wedding Pro Spotlight: Kevin Halfhill – an Artist who Transforms your Wedding Pictures into a Magical Masterpiece!

BodaMaestra was recently introduced to a modern and unique way to transform your favorite wedding pictures, so keep reading!  Artist Kevin Halfhill, a former web designer with nearly two decades of experience, decided to change careers and specialize in portraiture.  It started when Kevin created his first artwork of this kind for his father as a Father's Day gift (see below the "Golden Stag").  Kevin also posted the image on Facebook, along with a Happy Father's Day message to his friends. Inquiries about the artwork started to flow and the rest is history!

How does Kevin achieve such a unique look?  He does so by creating a geometric collage, resulting in a crystalline-looking masterpiece made of thousands of triangles.  Incredibly, each and every triangle of the collage is hand-drawn – this is not Photoshop!  The piece below, "The Indian Wedding: Ami & Ajai", consists of 25,458 individual images.

The following piece, "Cherry Blossoms" consists of 26,611 individual triangles.  Again, each is individually drawn and placed in the collage. The result is the transformation of a normal photograph into a modern, special piece of art worthy of displaying in your favorite room.  Recently, Kevin has added other products to his collection – you can now have your portraiture made into a throw pillowcase, tablet, phone case, or t-shirt, among other products.

Finally, I’m happy to announce that BodaMaestra followers and clients will receive a 10 percent discount on wedding portraiture using the promo code: bodamaestra.

In addition to this I have partnered with Kevin to offer a $100 off give away from any portraiture purchase!
