What are your favorite wedding blogs or news sites?

Calling all Brides and Vendors - Can you please tell me what your favorite wedding blogs or news sites are? I have my own favorites but I want to make sure that I'm incorporating your favorites. I'd like to feature some of them on the BridalTweet homepage. Thanks for your help!

Mine is my favourite!!! - I tend to post humorous stuff and snipits of information that wouldn't necessarily be suitable as features for my website. I did a mass input about wedding cakes recently as this is the category which is most popular. Have a look: http://www.theweddingplanner.ie/wordpress/.

Best of luck with the launch today!
Ohhh this sounds sooo bad, but I love my Blogs! I love having a place where I can get my clients teasers in as fast as a day or 2 after their events. This also lets potential clients see all of the newest Shadowcatcher work.
We have 2 Blogs-
1 our wedding and general business blog at http://shadowcatcher.wordpress.com
and then our Shadow Boudoir Blog for all my Boudoir, Pin-Up and Glamour sessions-http://shadowcatcherboudoir.wordpress.com/
When I was planning my wedding, I used The Knot the most, but they are so large, you have to be sure to go to other cities other than just your local guides to be sure to see all options for ideas and planning. As an advertiser, you have to pay per market, so you pick the markets best for your product or service and hope brides & grooms find you. We are actually listed in Los Angeles, CA under Uniques products because we thought it would be the largest market for couples using the Sand Ceremony. It has worked well, but couple searching in NY or FL for instance are not finding us on there. Floridweddingandeventguide.com is also very good - there is a whole network of planning sites they operate by states and include atlantabridal.com, etc.
We are starting an invitation-only resource guide and vendor directory called MY Kate Parker Wedding. Our blog will launch tomorrow, www.mykateparkerwedding.blogspot.com, where you can learn about the latest updates on the technology behind the site as well as learn all about the vendors who are members of the MY KPW family! We will be almost the exact opposite of the Knot: not overwhelming the brides with information, limiting the number of vendors per category, pre-qualifying each vendor invited to the participate, and there will be an extensive searchable database of information and images based on color, season, price, and style. Check out the blog for more details and updates.
Greetings to you please consider my website weddingsandthings.etsy.com for the best work in silk flower options. Have a blessed day beonca

Hi Christine,
BridalTweet is such a great idea! Congratulations on the launch.

My favorite wedding planning website is http://offbeatbride.com/
It is essentially a blog-like advice site by Seattle based author Ariel Meadow Stallings who started her website as a companion to her book Offbeat Bride.

I might be a little biased...but I think that www.getmarried.com is the best bridal resource out there. Planning tools, tips, trends, blogs, local vendors...everything a bride needs to plan her wedding! PLUS- National TV Show with Colin Cowie on Lifetime- GetMarried.com hosts the shows on the site.
"Style me pretty" is for sure one of my preferites!
http://www.brendasweddingblog.com/ is one I really love! I also love http://www.weddingchicks.com/

There are many that I follow, but those two stand out for trends.

A site for anyone and everyone to post items/services up for bidding. Of course this is my site but it is a new site that will launch in the coming weeks, so it will help people either recoup money spent, or help aid in a new bridal party the cost of goods or services to gain a dream day at a price they can afford, and hopefully create a community where home entrepreneurs can become internet millionaires by providing items within the wedding industry.

does anyone know of a great wedding/relationship blogger who has a huge following? I have a great opportunity for them to be a part of my site...just not sure who to go with...what are your thoughts? contact me and let me know thx..
I am a new lover of blogs in general but I have found some amazing ones!! I also have my own blog, Chic Maps by Nikki, which is a collection of wedding design ideas, favorite photographers, DIY projects, etc... I've found along the way. On the side of my blog it lists all of the great blogs 'I follow' Hope you find them as great as I do!!
