Day of Assistant

I'm wondering if any of you have a job description and job requirements for your assistants. I have to hire a new Day of assistant and I started the two descriptions above, and want to see what other wedding planners have written out. Thanks so much!

Kelly, I met a wonderful young woman at the ISES event this week that just graduated and is looking for an assistant position.She gave me a resume so let me go and look for it and email you her contact info. Jennifer

I am a fellow planner in Colorado, have been in business part time for about 3 years now. I am still looking to be busier with weddings than I currently am.
