After 3 months is my best friend’s wedding. We’ll hold a party and surprise her.

I found a perfect dress that I think is "the one." The only problem is it is online. The price is perfect, everything is perfect about it except I can't see it before buying it or try it on.

I really want this dress. Any advice?…

It appears that designers for 2012 are showing wedding dresses in shades of taupe, blue, green, pink and red. Do you think the tradition of a white wedding dress must be followed or is our society changing? Would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

My wedding is in coming June and I’d like to have a beach wedding. So, I pay close attention to series of beach wedding dresses. Also, I choose the traditional white bridal dresses. Then how can I pick out my mother’s dress? My mother has full figure but still looks elegant. I don’t know which color is better for her.

Here are my selected dresses. And I want to know which color is more popular. Thanks for your suggestions.…

We have just launched our color palette book and would love your feedback. Brides from New york to California are enjoying the ease in color, flavor and the fabulous garnishes. But it does not stop with the cocktail...the same affordable luxury that is added to signature cocktails are also being used for the cake, desserts and favors.

She's back!!! It's Ty the bride to be and travel pro...not only am I sitting on the bridal fence, I've pitched a tent and installed DirecTv.

Anyway, so I'm leaning towards a peacock theme, with the blue as the main color. But I dont want to go over board. I will not have a cake, for example, covered in blue, green and feathers!
I am trying to figure out what colours will best match with my dress. It is an ivory dress and i was hoping for nice and bright colours since it a late spring wedding, but i have been told that softer pastels go better with ivory. My bridesmaids dont have any preference to a colour and my only no no's are purple, blue and black. my favourite colour is pink and i was hoping to find a nice pink but i wanted to include…

It is an ivory dress and i was hoping for nice and bright colours since it a late spring wedding, but i have been told that softer pastels go better with ivory. I know its my wedding and I can do whatever i want but I want it to look good! My bridesmaids dont have any preference to a colour and my only no no's are purple, blue and black. my favourite colour is pink and i was hoping to find a nice pink but i wanted to include at least one other accent colour. Luckily it is fairly early in the planing stage but any suggestions or ideas on how to decide would be so helpful!!
2010- What are the color trends?tag:www.bridaltweet.com,2009-12-27:3145964:Topic:1220482009-12-27T21:20:25.830ZHeart and Soul Eventshttps://www.bridaltweet.com/profile/ConnieMCastellano

The Pantone Fashion Color Report for spring 2010 was put together based on top fashion designers New York Fashion Week collections. Bold and bright tones, including turquoise, vibrant, tropical blues, tomato puree classic red, and aurora, which is a slight greenish-yellow, seem to round out the list. Also coming into play are the yellows, purples, and grays for 2010. Earth tones and rich tones will also be popular.

If you are trying to avoid the classic look of black for your special event, chocolate and wine velour may be an option for giving your event some color flavor. Aaron Kaufman, president and CEO of 5th Element Events, says that pastel green paired with crisp white creates that fresh, clean feeling. He notes that the metallics, such as golds, silver, coppers, and bronzes, are sure to add a shimmer to your most special events. He says, "think Aretha Franklin outfits from the '80's." Anything with sequins and shimmer will be in for 2010. People are trying to focus on the "out of the recession" feel by going bold and bright.

Color combinations will be popular for 2010, with monochromatic tablescapes with tone on tone setting a very "with it" look and feel. In addition, bright on bright, animal patterns paired with bright hues, and neon colors will all reign supreme for 2010. Unusual color pairings will be popular this season, says Christine, Merser, vice president for marketing and communications, Classic Party Rentals.

However, the neutrals will never be out, as some folks still want the toned down look and feel such as cocoa, taupe, and Sahara velour. Rustic colors like beige, olive green, and sage will also remain popular in 2010. New colors, textures, and trendy ways to create color trends will add panache to all the special events of your life.
