Doing Things The Mobay Way In Montego Bay

MoBay is what the locals call it. Jamaica's second-largest city is its primary tourist port and it is full of energy and excitement. Love shines at the Merion!

Krista and Kevin were married at Queen of the Universe in Levittown on Oct. 9, 2010. They held their reception at The Merion. We met this awesome couple through their friends Jill and Doug whose wedding we shot last October. We love how many weddings we book that come as a referral. Krista and Kevin are such a down-to-earth couple. Their families and bridal party were awesome to be around and we had a lot of fun with them.

A beautiful E-Session with Julie and John

Julie and John are both in med school and are busy planning for their April 9, 2011 wedding at Normandy Farms. We were actually all able to find a date this Fall to squeeze in their E-Session. We couldn't spend quite as much time there because they had to take this huge 4 hour… Continue

How to give a great first impression of your wedding day

What's the first thing people will notice about your wedding plans? It's probably going to be your choice of wedding stationery. It's the first statement you make about the day itself - your style, how formal or informal the occasion is likely to be, the mood you want to create. Fall Winter Wedding Menu ideas

Sometimes choosing the menu can be the best part of the whole wedding planning process(especially for the guys) if it includes multiple tastings. On the other hand, it could lead to utter confusion when you try to appeal to everyone's tastes.

Meeting a client for the first time

Getting a call from a potential client always sends me a good jolt of energy. I love to help make a brides special day easier by providing great service and giving her what she wants. The key is listening to our clients when they give us clues on what they like and what they think they might like. I also tell my clients to bring pictures they have found so we can get really clear on how she wants her makeup and hair done. Pictures tell a thousand words!!
