How to Look Sexy for Your Boudoir Shoot?

“To know how to pose for your boudoir pictures, kindly read this article now”.

As a boudoir photographer, I have been with several clients who have no clue about how to make those bedroom eyes and sultry expressions. They generally smile or stay normal while clicking casual selfies, but come on, the same won’t work when you are posing as a sultry goddess.

This is especially important if you are getting a shot done as a gift for your boyfriend or groom. I mean Valentine's Day is knocking at the door and what better could it be to gift your man an album with such sexy pictures? To know more, kindly read the rest of this article.

The first thing which I am going to share is that you have to focus mostly on your face. Your chosen Sacramento Boudoir Photographer would help you on how to place your hands, how to push back your body so that your body looks nice. But what about the face? You have to focus on getting the right body language so that your pictures look amazing. You can’t have a nervous face while getting the shots done (even if you are nervous!). If required, gain some courage from a glass or two of wine.

Think about passion, romance, dominance, sexual desire, etc. to look like a diva! You need to fall in love with yourself to look hot. I am sure your boudoir photographer would also keep on encouraging and motivating you. Once you start getting praises, you would automatically feel more confident about yourself. Talk to your Tampa Boudoir Photographer to know about this.

Work with your eyes – look fierce or romantic. If possible, practice in front of the mirror from at least a week before the shoot day. Also, a lot depends on your makeup. Ask the artist to focus on your eyes and give the pair a smoky, sultry effect. You can also train your brain to do it in a conscious way. Remember that most of the emotions are conveyed through the eyes.

Connect with the camera in a way that you can get the full attention of the onlooker. Make sure your shots have a story to sell and are not blunt!

Also, do not smile big for these pictures! Of course, a few candid pictures can always be appreciated. But with a big toothy smile, your crow’s feet, under-eye bags, etc. can look more prominent. Go for subtle smiles or gasps. Trust me, they work wonders. For some pictures, you can just keep the lips apart a little bit to look more sensuous. Lip bites or something in between can also look great.

Lastly, make sure you are confident from within. If you don’t love yourself and your body, then there is no point in going for a boudoir shoot. Remember that you are beautiful, just the way you are. Don’t let a few extra kilos or stretch marks come in the way.

So these are a few tips from my side.
