Hi guys - just looking out into the snow has reminded me of a wedding we played for last winter!! We go caught in a blizzard on the M40 on the way to Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. A lorry had jack - knifed in front of us and the traffic came to a standstill!! We arrived at Blenheim 5 hours after the original time for the wedding!  The guests had all been kept occupied with a tipple or two and were very merry by the time we arrived!! Our new venture, the string duo, is being booked up for 2012. The duo comprises violin and cello and can be a perfect addition to an intimate wedding ceremony. As there are only 2 players less space is required. The repertoire for this group  consists of all the usual traditional wedding ceremony music.
