My name is Regina O'Callaghan, Owner/Coordinator at Aquilone Event Design and Coordination.

From concept to completion, from consultation to coordination, Aquilone Event Design and Coordination is your full service design and planning source! We are an all inclusive event coordination and management service that focuses on making each event a truly memorable experience.

With over 12 years in the Hospitality and Event Planning industry, Regina O’Callaghan will give you the customized service and attention you expect as well as the ability to handle all aspects of your event. Her expertise in event planning creates memories that will last forever. She brings a love of fine dining and a passion for presentation and event ambiance. Her warm personality and the pride in her work shines through in the personal attention she’ll give to you. Regina offers an emotional refuge for anything that arises, accented with a smile!

You may want a day-of coordinator, one who assists the month before or full-service consultant/coordinator. Our home base is in beautiful Oceanside, California, and we handle all events throughout San Diego and the surrounding areas.
