No dresses are delivered directly from the factory or the supplier, they all go through our headquarters first and we make sure that your dress is exactly as you ordered it. All inquiries go through someone that speaks perfectly English and French (plus has good notions in German) with us you will have no more communication problems unavoidable when you deal with a 100% operated Chinese website.
