I am looking to add some more product lines to the website and would like to know what brides are looking to buy when they are shopping for their big day! All feedback is welcome. Thank you for your input.

Hi Judy.  Here are some ideas:

Undergarments, jewellery, purses, clothing items like hats or t-shirts that say "bride to be" or " bridesmaid".

Gift ideas for their bridal party, favors, invitations, menu cards

Wedding books

Honeymoon destinations

Special items like personalized m&m's with their initials on them, things along those lines

Thanks Diane~ I took your advice and added a new category to the website featuring Bachelorette Party Favors and will be adding more products to this category soon. If you know of anyone that is looking for these types of products I hope you will refer them to www.brandisbridalboutique.com. Thanks Again!!

I shopped all my registry online!  Does that count!

I did both B*M stores and my wish registry all online- so a place for registry items- I love the universal type of registry like ours (www.uponourstar.com) so you could have a section about that!

Thanks Natalie for your input~ I currently do not have a wedding registry. I definitely will be looking into that!
Brides are mainly looking for wedding dress. They are spending more time for dresses. Here http://www.iwedplanner.com/User/WeddingGowns.aspx more collection on their.

Groomsmen Gifts are often shopped online. We only do online sales and a large part of our sales are for groomsmen and weddings.

Take a look at some other wedding sites to get an idea. There are a lot of similar ones out there with the same categories over and over. The one I use all the time is http://www.gatheringguide.com/ where you will see, at the top of the page, about 20 categories of wedding services. A google search for "wedding" will probably give you even more ideas of what other people are selling. Good luck to you!

Hi Judy,

Some brides are using hour glasses instead of unity candles.  It's a wonderful keepsake and symbol of their "time" together.  A bit of sand is poured in by the bride and groom during the ceremony and the lid can be engraved.  It's also a great idea for beach weddings or honeymoon keepsakes.
