I have a few events that my company Crave26 Events is hosting. I am looking to get sponsors for all of these events. Is there any specific approach to obtaining sponsorship for events? Is there a particular template when writing to get sponsorships that people would like to share?

Basically, you should put together a sponsorship package to present to the potential sponsors.
I would suggest details of the event, highlights of the benefits to community/country etc, the financial aspect, how the sponsors' money will be used, and NEVER leave out the benefits to the sponsor.
Potential sponsors want to know:
-what the event is all about and all the basics (when, where, contact info)
-what they will get for their sponsorship dollars
-they want company recognition in some way, and usually depending on the dollar amount want a few free admissions to the event for their sponsor representatives

I do not believe there is a set template, but a very well written sponsorship letter is essential. You can go online to look at various samples, and then craft yours based on the particulars of your event. I hope this helps.
