Business Plans - Loans and Grants - Need HELP!

Hello -  I want to apply for a SBA loan or grant (I qualify for several business grants) to further my wedding business and have some capital.

However, I do not know how to write a grant application or even a business plan.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know a person who will write one for a reasonable fee?

I am truly stuck here.
