I can think of so many applications for this in addition to displaying cupcakes. This could help make a wonderful statement similar to how ice sculptures become great focal points.

There was recently a large discussion on this at linkedin. It seems most people do 50 percent. My company has been at 20 percent for the last 4 years. The rest is due 10 days before the event.

I think great planners are like stress nuetralizers. Stress should go in to their brain and come out of their mouths like chamomille tea. If a wedding planner can not do this, in my opinion, they should change careers. Hope that makes sense :)
