Leela Cosmetics was created by Leanne Paserchia, a self proclaimed "makeup junkie" The line was created to give feel good experiences to everybody it touches and to empower women to feel secure with how they define their own beauty. Leanne is also a seasoned makeup artist that has worked for companies such as Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, NARS, and Guerlain. She is always enthusiastic and excited to share her artistry with her clientele.
