A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?: Hi Bridal Tweet Members.

I’m a Health Coach, Natural Food Chef and Founder of Healthy Inner Beauty. I work with women to improve their overall health, mood and happiness by working with them closely on their unique nutritional and personal needs. I especially work with Future Brides and their Bridal Party.

Unlike some Nutritionists I look at all aspects of a woman’s life from their work, daily activity, sex life, relationships, food intake…basically everything that is a part of them. I’m not there to dictate to them how many calories they need, I’m there to dig deep and help women figure out why they might not be losing the weight and keeping it off or help them figure out why they may be moody all the time… I’m truly there for support and encouragement. I have a warm and easy going personality that makes woman feel real comfortable sharing their life with me and I love helping them.
