- We reserve a mailbox for guest to RSVP by phone. We will track your guest list & keep the bride or consultant update on who has accepted or decline their invitations. We also call all unconfirmed guest and give reminder to calls to wedding party. Your guest will be able to talk to a live operator to get information such as gift registry, decriptions, etc... even we can be used as an emergency contact for reception changes for example if you have an outdoor wedding and now your reception is being held inside. You let us know and we will let your guest know. This way if they have any question they have a telephone number to call with out bothering the bride, mom, or coordinator...
