At 2:35pm on May 26, 2010, Perfect Teeth Whitening said…: Not exactly sure what your asking. The reason for the sensitivity is due to the percentage of the ingredients. Also leaving it on for long periods of time you may experience sensitivity. I use usually 33% with a light to activate the ingredients. The process is 20 minutes. Sometimes it may need to be done twice, one after the other. Sorry you do not live in my area. LA County. Hope that helps.
