With bridal market less than two weeks away the phone calls, emails and mail invites are mounting. Stores such as mine, The Wedding Shoppe, have to purchase new gowns each season and this is almost as stressful as you the bride purchasing your gown. It is a big investment . This is where knowing your core customer is valuable. As the store owner I am always on the selling floor to listen to the brides, I hear their wishes and then try to make all my decisions accordlingly. I can never buy a dress for my shoppe that I do not like.
I keep all figures in mind along with fashion, price and alteration necessities.

I pride myself in only dealing with designers that I have a good relationship with and I know will be there for my customers if a problem does arise. Service is very important to me and I expect all my staff to give the best to each and every customer whether a maid, bride or just a shoe customer. These are qualities in a shop that all you brides to be should consider prior to your purchase.
