Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey

Not a good week, need I say more.  I weighed in at 127, up one pound, and I ate so much at my granddaughter's baptism that it made me sick, really sick.  Why do I do this to myself over and over again.  I tried on my good black pants for the baptism and that started my morning off bad.  One pair fit me out of 6, not a good thing.  But did that make me eat less, no.  When am I going to learn???  This morning I'm starting off good with a weight/aerobic workout, oatmeal with banana, cinnamon and Almond Breeze milk, love this stuff and it's low in calories.  I like the unsweetened vanilla, 40 calories per 8 oz.  A few of the Biggest Loser's books that I read mentioned this many times.  I know how to exercise with aerobics and weights, I know how to eat right and how many calories are good for me.  But I can't stick to my great knowledge.  I have had fibromyagia for about 25 years.  To make life less painful I have to exercise, stretch and keep my weight down.  My right hip has been hurting me so bad and I know it's because I have neglected to excercise and stretch at least five days a week and with my weight being up, it's painful.  So you would think that would make me keep my weight under control and excersice.  I guess not.  Until next week, wish me luck.
