Bridal Salons - Do you have any type of sale to move discontinued merchandise?

We are a bridal salon in Overland Park Kansas and we are going to be starting a sale on the first Saturday in November.  We are planning on having it on the first Saturday of every month.  Brides will be offered and additional 20% off of the already discounted gowns.  Our store is far too full of these gowns!  Has anyone found anything that works to sell stock pieces?
