New bridal businesses pop up all the time, but what happens when your established company faces competition from a new shop that appears in town, with much lower prices, or other attractions that rattle you? How do you check them out? What strategies have you employed to keep your customer base?

This is for an article I'm writing in a trade mag, and we're looking for you if you had a big chain (like David's Bridal) or a factory store, or a new vendor give you a run for your money. This magazine focuses mostly on bridal gown shops, but we'll include you if you're an invitations shop or other bridal company with a great story and great lessons to share!

Contact me at SLNaylor@optonline.net and we'll see if you can get the spotlight!
