Custom Rings in SF Bay Area- HELP?

Hey you smart women~

I have a solitaire, but also some other, smaller loose diamonds that I would like to have designed into a new (larger) ring : ).  Does anyone know of any good, creative, not out of this world $$ goldsmiths in the SF Bay Area?  I don't want the typical stones lined up next to the solitaire... I want a little diff.
