Day of Coordination

I'm finding that it's difficult to get brides to realize they need a day of coordinator. They think they can do the work themselves or even worse, they think the venue will do it for them. Have any coordinators out there had success selling this service?

Also, they need to be realistic and know that "Day Of" is actually three weeks before including day of. Seriously, how can you just show up on that day? You would have needed to have conversations with certain people, and been included in the logistics, etc.
