My question is to those who provide Day-Of Services to your clients.

My full service is Day-of Coordination (DOC).
I also have an Event Location Service package that is a 2-week mini consultation.
With the DOC package, I usually meet with a client once in the beginning and once 1-2 weeks before the event.
My contract states that we have unlimited phone and email contacts.

I advertise a "one hour free consultation".

Now comes the question/concern...

For your DOC prospective clients - where do you meet when you work from of your home?
The daytime meetings are easy - so I do not need answers for daytime meetings.
I allow people to meet in my home where I have room to work with no coffee shop music, dog sniffing up my legs (in client's home), or long drives to meet my clients.

But at night, my house becomes a HOME and others are present etc.

Sometimes client's meet with me a 30-minute distance away, interview me, think about it, and then contact me back to meet again. If the first time you met, it was far away, do you still meet up again far away??

This only happens to me once or twice a year - but I just want to know what you all do????
