Afternoon...  With the economy the way it is... and how brides are now price shopping.. I am in need of some insight. I am a Sales Manager for a Country Club who uses an outside caterer for all wedding functions. I am selling their goods. I am constantly receiving emails from brides who are just price shopping... and want to know how what we charge. Does anyone have any luck with sending out an introductory letter that states their services and then places a price range of their catering services? Or do you just email your entire brochure. Thanks for the insight..
