Does anyone have any suggestions or methods they use for maintaining vendor relationships with more regularity?  I attend large networking groups once or twice a month and usually have coffee, go to lunch or meet up for drinks with people that I meet at the groups in a one-on-one scenario.  However, that one-on-one meeting is usually our only meeting. 


I'm thinking of keeping a running list of the vendors I feel a connection with and going down the list to meet with one vendor a week.  Once I've finished the list I start over at the top.  As I continue to meet people they will be added to the list.


Does anyone else handle this differently / more efficiently?
