Should Supplemental Gratuities Be Added To The Quote

The problem I have run into in recent quotes is adding the supplemental gratuities to the quote raises the quote to a point that I am not really comfortable with niether are the brides. I have the lowest prices on the Cape and Islands, I have started adding the supplemental gratuities to the quotes do to the fact that my valets rely on that income and a few recent events it was a disgrace what they made so I payed them more on my end, which was not a problem seeing as all my employees that work the wedddings have worked for me since I started.

My question is how do I add the supplemental gratuities with out "Sticker Shocking" my brides.
