I am torn if I am going to discuss it in our initial meeting with the client so they know what are my terms and conditions..Am I doing right?

I do it at our initial consulation
I always do it during the initial consultation, but not until I close the sale. When I have them sign the contract, they already know how I work as I slip some of the verbage from my contract into the conversation. Ask for the sale and whip out your contract...go through it line by line to give them the opportunity to ask questions if they need clarification. If you don't do it during the initial consultation, you risk them walking out the door.
