Hi guys, KOKOCANDLES here! i just got into a bridal show thats 2 weeks away (EEK!). In the past, I've only done craft fairs and such, so I am in desperate need for some advice on staging my table for bridal shows and this specific audience.

Here is a sample of my favors selection, and i am looking to expand hugely in this area in these next 2 weeks.

That being said, do you think its better to expand within a line of candle (in colors, scents, tag style, etc) or to expand the varieties i offer (different styles, jars, containers, etc)

also, any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would say expand the variety, and then if they like a style, tell them you can offer it in different colors and scents. People can visualize the color they want, but it's harder to visualize a new style.
Hi there,

Congrats on getting into a bridal show. Bridal shows are so much fun, both as a vendor and as an attendee. I would suggest that for your candles, show a variety of styles and promote how each style can be custom designed with the color and scent that the bride likes.

As for your table display might I suggest doing an actual tablescape that showcases your candles and how they coordinate with the rest of the elements on a reception table. I've noticed some other vendors do this when trying promote things like table linens and flower centerpieces. By showing the bride an actual mock-up with various uses of your products, you capture their attention and help them to better visualize how they would incorporate your products into their own wedding.

If you need some inspiration, Google 'wedding vendor booth images' or 'wedding show booths'. There are so many wonderful booth designs that can help you see how you would like to setup and decorate yours.

Good luck at the show. I hope this info helps.
