Stepping Away From the Traditional Dyed Shoes

I had to put up with the traditional dyed shoes, which weren't that cute! If i could have a do over, I would go with this kind of shoe for myself and my bridesmaids. What do you think?

I would definitely do the cute stylish shoes versus dyed shoes today. The dyed shoes (unless you go very high end) are very uncomfortable. When you are on your feet all day, you want comfort with style. Also dyed shoes are pretty much a one time wear. Your maids will love you if they buy a pair of shoes that will fit in their wardrobe and they get to wear multiple times.

The trend is for stylish shoes and shoes in color for the bride and maids. I love the trend! The coolest bride I ever met bought a pair of amazing red shoes in London for her wedding, before she even was engaged. She bought a bias cut charmeuse dress in ivory and we cut the hemline just high enough in the front for the gorgeous red roses to show. It was stunning, and this was before it was trendy.
