Hi

My name is Mildred, and this is my first post hello everyone!

I got get a wedding inquiry in an e-mail, I answered it and follow up with a phone call. We had a very good conversation I would say that it went well. I follow up with an e-mail to confirm the appt and the time, and got a confirmation back and by the response she was eager. We also touch on price a bit it was an off day wedding so, I let her know that it qualified for a discount fromm our reg price because it was on a Friday. Well, I waited that day and she never called or came, I hate having my time wasted. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I know that anything could of happen so I followed up again with an e-mail and shared that I was concerned that something might have happen. Well, I never got an answer......

How would you have handled this situation? Do we only show the concern side or can we be human and say that a phone call would of saved time.

What is the best way to handle this if the future brings it again and I am sure it will..

First off, she's a thoughtless, spoiled b**ch. lol.

I would have called her during the appointed meeting to confirm if she's coming or not. If she sounds a little shady, I'll scratch her off as a bad lead and move on with business. :)

Thanks Michelle, I did call her during that time but, I did not get an answer.

I felt exactly the same about her after waiting for an hour. LOL

Ohhh,what a pity.I haven't have such problem before.
