A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
Photography has always been a passion for me. When I was young, I was always the girl holding the camera and taking the photographs of my friends and family. After finding my passion, I studied Photography at Ramapo College and graduated with a BFA in Visual Arts.
After college, I began photographing everything from weddings, children, infants, artists and still life. In 2004, I joined Steve McCurry, a National Geographic Photographer, for a workshop where I was shown the importance of documenting and portraying an emotion. He taught me that every person has a story to tell and an emotion to feel. I truly believe that documenting people in photography is a way to capture the beauty of life and to capture their emotion. Through one picture or one small detail in a photo, you are able to capture the importance of living life. You are able to hold onto that one moment in time that can never be forgotten.
