Historic Hotel Utica ...where traditions of yesterday merge with every comfort of today to make an unforgettable experience for our guests. The year 2001 marked the return of greatness for Hotel Utica: meticulously restored to bring back its historical integrity, architecture and ambiance, the hotel's restoration took more than 2 years to complete at a cost of over 13 million dollars.
The time and effort spent on the restoration not only saved a building of historical significance from demolition, but it also served as the cornerstone for an ongoing downtown Utica redevelopment initiative. The result earned Hotel Utica the exclusive honor of being listed with The Historic Hotels of America. And while the hotel looks as it did when it was first built in 1912, the guest rooms were completely updated to meet today's expectations.
With a total of 111 guest rooms, including seven Parlor Suites and seven Master Suites with Jacuzzi baths, in room amenities include wireless internet service, oversized televisions, in room movies, multiple phone lines with voice and data lines, voicemail, full sized iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker and some include refrigerators.
A Fitness Room and Spa Room offer our guests in house services. A 24 hour Business Center offers computer stations, internet access, fax machine, and copier. The Lamplighter Pub and Grill offers dinner and beverage service seven days a week and provides room service.
Historic Hotel Utica offers eight distinctively luxurious meeting rooms totaling over 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Our superb guest services and upscale appointments transform any occasion into a memorable experience while our professional staff attends to every detail whether a conference or once in a lifetime wedding reception.
